The plan allows a fixed number of concurrent calls (parallel live sessions). This means you can run multiple voice or video calls simultaneously up to that limit. If you exceed that concurrency, you may need to upgrade or purchase more concurrency capacity.
Once the $10 credit is consumed, further usage that is not covered by included quotas (or concurrency) will be billed according to the usage rates or top-ups. You’ll need to pay for additional usage beyond what is included.
