What does the the subscription plan include?

What is the free credit offer and how does it help me test the service?

You will receive a one-time $10 credit that you can use to test features or pay for any usage beyond the included allowances. This is helpful to explore the platform without any upfront cost.

How many concurrent calls can I do under the plan?

The plan allows a fixed number of concurrent calls (parallel live sessions). This means you can run multiple voice or video calls simultaneously up to that limit. If you exceed that concurrency, you may need to upgrade or purchase more concurrency capacity.

What happens once I use the one-time credit?

Once the $10 credit is consumed, further usage that is not covered by included quotas (or concurrency) will be billed according to the usage rates or top-ups. You’ll need to pay for additional usage beyond what is included.

Can I cancel or change my subscription later?
